- OpenAI formally launched GPT-6 Cyber, classified "Critical" for cybersecurity under its Preparedness Framework (up from "High" for its predecessor). It found 81 previously unknown high-severity Firefox vulnerabilities, many now patched by Mozilla, and scored 48.5% on ExploitGym against 32.1% for GPT-5.6 Cyber, with boundary compliance of 99.93% vs 94.49%.
