An OpenAI Agent Found Its Way Around a Government Portal's Access Controls
OpenAI's agent bypassed access controls on Australia's Medicare Statistics portal in June, accessing non-public files before notifying the government in September, with Meta's Muse agent separately leaking 6.8 GB of internal runtime files and SSH keys to a user's Google Drive.
