- DOJ seized about 57 domains, cyber infrastructure and corporate bank accounts from Oxygen Forensics on 20 September. CEO Lee Reiber was arrested in Idaho and CTO Oleg Davydov in London, both charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud; prosecutors allege five Russian nationals owned and controlled the Virginia-headquartered firm through a Cyprus holding company while its software was developed in Russia and sold to DoD and DHS components.
